Payment Terms
All parts must be paid for before they are ordered.
PROJECT CARS:
The weekly total must be paid for in full EVERY Friday
Your vehicle will NOT be returned until full payment is received
Late Payment Penalties:
Your invoice has to be paid in full within three business days of your vehicle being completed. If it is not then a storage fee of $20 a day will be applied to your invoice as well at 2% per month or 24% per annum. Your vehicle will NOT be returned until full payment is received.
Late Payments – Project Cars
As per our payment policy, your weekly total must be paid for in full EVERY Friday. We strive to invoice every Monday. If that week’s invoice is not paid within seven days then interest on the unpaid amount will be charged at a rate of 2% per month or 24% per annum.
Carmena Performance’s Warranties
General Vehicles: Warrantied, based on the following:
We will honour the manufacturer’s warranty on all installed parts WE purchase.
We will honour any work done to your vehicle, by Carmena Performance, within 1 year or 12,000kms (whichever comes first) of the date the work was done.
All warranty work must be completed and/or assessed by Carmena Performance prior to any work being done. Any repairs done by the customer or third party will not be covered.
Track Cars/Race Cars: No warranty.
Track cars are pushed to their limits regularly. By doing so the life of the parts, work done, etc. drops dramatically. As they say: “If you’re racing, you’re breaking”.
Fabricated Parts/Work: Warranted, based on the following:
We will honour any work done to your vehicle, by Carmena Performance, within 6 months or 12,000kms (whichever comes first) of the date the work was done.
Customer Supplied Parts: No warranty.
Parts WE supply: Warrantied, based on the following:
New parts: Manufacturer’s warranty
Used parts: Warrantied for 90 days
Warranties do NOT include regular maintenance components such as:
Fluids, Clutch, brakes, Fluid change(s)/flush(es), Tires, Etc.
ALL warranties are void in the event of any crash/accident, fire, third party damage, Mother Nature, etc.
